Rust Manor House is your home for your day to enjoy fully.

Rust invites you to greet your guests at our stately, columned portico entrance and welcome them into our soaring foyer, gracious parlor, dining room, library (which also serves as a gathering room for the groom and his men). Behind the scenes are the butler’s pantry, catering kitchen, and two large restrooms. And, for the bride, we offer the bride’s dressing room and bath…only steps away from the grand staircase for her grand entrance.

During the Indoor Season, November 1 through March 31, the Manor House alone accommodates 70 guests. And, weather permitting; your guests are welcome to stroll the gardens before dark.

During our Outdoor Season, April 1 through October 31, Rust Manor House and its gardens welcome up to 200 guests. Your rental includes full use of the House, the wide lawn for large tents, and intimate gardens for small, private ceremonies—all within the embrace of a serene, 68-acre nature sanctuary. Guest parking and the caterers’ service area are discreetly located just out of sight of your event.

Rust makes sure you have ample time for an unhurried wedding any day of the week

Rust Manor House is available for weddings and other special events every day of the week.

Because Rust Manor House does not book two weddings on the same day—a rare practice today— a weekend event is yours exclusively for any eight consecutive hours between 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

And Monday through Friday, it is yours exclusively for six and a half hours, between 4 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Whatever day or time of year you choose, Rust Manor House will feel like your own lovely home on your most special of days.

Furthermore, to make sure everything goes smoothly, Rust provides you with two invaluable services at no additional charge:

1) Wedding Rehearsal

If you wish to hold a rehearsal, we are delighted to offer you two hours the evening before the wedding or at another mutually convenient time.

2) Wedding Day Coordination

Our Rust Manor House Event Coordinator will be on hand the day of your wedding to help direct your vendors, assist with wedding guests, see that the groom and his men are comfortable and, most of all, make sure this special day fulfills the bride’s every wish.

An Important Note…
A portion of your Rust Manor House event rental fee is tax deductible because your special event helps make possible the programs of the nonprofit Audubon Naturalist Society.  It is the mission of the Rust Nature Sanctuary to increase the public’s understanding of natural history and the fundamental importance of preserving and renewing our natural resources through environmental education programs.
